Account Information

When you create an account we collect your name, email address, and password. If you sign up via a third-party provider (e.g., Google) we receive the profile information you authorize.

Commerce & Shop Data

When you connect a Shopify or other e-commerce store, we access product catalog data, order information, customer lists, and inventory levels necessary to operate the Services. We act as a data processor on your behalf for this information.

Streaming & Content Data

We collect metadata about your live streams (start/end times, viewer counts, platform identifiers) and may temporarily process video/audio data to enable multi-platform streaming.

Customer Communication Data

If you use our SMS or messaging features, we process phone numbers, message content, and delivery status on your behalf to facilitate communication with your customers.

SMS-Specific Data

When customers opt in to receive SMS messages through the platform, we collect and store:

• Mobile phone number provided by the customer during opt-in
• Opt-in consent record including timestamp, consent method (web form or keyword), and the disclosure text the customer agreed to
• Message history including inbound and outbound SMS content and delivery status
• Opt-out records including STOP keyword requests and carrier opt-out signals

SMS messages are delivered through Twilio, our third-party messaging provider. Twilio processes phone numbers and message content to deliver messages and is bound by its own Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share customer phone numbers with any other third parties for marketing purposes. Consent records are retained for as long as the associated shop account is active or as required by law.

Usage & Analytics Data

We automatically collect device information, IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and feature usage through cookies and similar technologies to improve the Services.

Payment Information

We collect information necessary to process payouts and fees. Payment card details are handled by our third-party payment processor and are not stored on our servers.
